PANNED CHOCOLATE CONFECTIONERY COURSE
Thew Arnott and Co. Ltd manufactures high quality confectionery coatings and polishes. DT&G Ltd manufactures the equipment for applying these coatings and polishes to a wide array of foodstuffs.
Both theoretical and practical skills are required for the successful use of Thew Arnott’s confectionery polishes when they are used with a DT&G Finn Coater and a DT&G Finn Polisher.
Thew Arnott, in close co-operation with DT&G, have constructed a training and product development facility for their clients in Deeside, North Wales, which is dedicated to demonstrating how chocolate confectionery can be successfully coated and polished.
The coating of peanuts, hazelnuts, almonds, brazil nuts, raisins, cranberries, various soft fruits, liquorice, toffee balls, biscuits, wafers, fondants, freeze dried products to name but a few, are all covered by the course.

We have built this facility so that we can help our clients to produce the very best possible chocolate confectionery under stable production conditions.
