PANNED CHOCOLATE CONFECTIONERY COURSE
Terms of Participation
Registration: This is a practical course in a technical confectionery facility and therefore numbers are strictly limited. You are, therefore, requested to register in writing with Thew Arnott & Co. Ltd as soon as possible. Registration is binding on all parties as soon as it is confirmed by Thew Arnott.
Participation Fees: The full fee is due upon receipt of the relative invoice issued by Thew Arnott & Co. Ltd. Please do not make any payments until you have been invoiced. If two or more participants are registered by the same company, each participant will receive a discount of 5% on the respective fee.
Travel and Accommodation: Travel information will be sent out with the registration documents and these will include directions to the facility. We are happy to recommend hotel accommodation close to the facility however this is not included in the course fee.
Organization: Thew Arnott reserves the right to change speakers, to alter the date of the course and to amend the scheduled programme at any time prior to the event. All the course literature will be distributed in English.
Cancellation: Up to two weeks prior to the event a cancellation fee of 10% of the training fee will be levied and this cancellation fee will rise to 50% of the training fee if a participant cancels up to one week prior to the event. No refunds will be made if a participant cancels during the week running up to the event.
Liability: In the event that the course is cancelled for reasons for which Thew Arnott is responsible, reimbursement will be limited to refunding training fees that have already been paid. Any further claims are excluded.
Personal Data: Please note that the names and addresses of interested persons and of participants in the training course will be electronically stored by Thew Arnott and the equipment manufacturer, DT&G Ltd, with the view to informing them of future programmes and seminars.
