Training Staff:: Carl S Gillard from Thew Arnott & Co. Ltd and Mark Smith from DT&G Ltd. General information: During the practical sessions, participants will work with a DT&G junior coating machine and a DT&G junior polishing machine using up-to-date belt coating technology. The confectionery solutions and general methodology can be used for the production of confectionery in conventional rotating pans. We have built this facility so that our clients can produce the very best possible chocolate confectionery under stable production conditions. We fully understand that every company that visits us will have individual requirements and specific needs with regards to their development process and we are prepared to incorporate these into our schedule. This is predominantly a practical chocolate confectionery course and all attendees are asked to bring their own white laboratory jackets. |
