AraTAs® Confectioners Polish Dark - Product Code: CON5020 For polishing milk and dark chococolate-coated centres, within standard production times, creating an excellent shine at a reasonable cost.

AraTAs® Confectioners Polish White - Product Code: CON5010 For polishing white chocolate and yoghurt-coated centres, within standard production times, creating an excellent shine at a reasonable cost.

It is always advisable to consider sealing your polished confections with a suitable shellac coating. Please see our Confectioners Varnish range. Kosher and Halal certification upon request. Please note, our polishing solutions do not contain any declarable allergens.
