Sugar Polish

AraTAs® Sugar Polishes are an aqueous solution of food ingredients for polishing hard and soft confections. AraTAs® SuperPol is produced in a similar manner to Thew Arnott's AraTAs® chocolate polishing products which have been specifically developed to achieve as smooth a solution as possible in order to aid distribution during the polishing process. This is especially important for assisting in smoothing the surface of sugar confections prior to polishing. The range consists of:

AraTAs® Confectioners Sugar Polish - Product Code: SUG5026 For polishing hard & soft confection within standard production times, creating an excellent shine at a reasonable cost.

AraTAs® Soft Panning Gum - Product Code: CON5006 Suitable solution for building up the sugar layer of soft panned confections.

It is always advisable to consider sealing your polished confections with a suitable shellac coating, as such please see our Confectioners Varnish range.
